Data use boundary
This product may process learners' exercise text, audio, transcribed content, communication metrics, individual competency maps, and team aggregate reports. This data is employee performance-related information, and the purpose, visibility scope, retention period and deletion method must be explained to learners before training; managers can only view site aggregations or approved reports of their authorized teams. Current 10 role review supplements: Exercise text, audio/audio quotes, transcriptions, employee identification, analysis results, ratings, personal competency maps, team reports, approval/audit/delete/export/rollback records are all protected data related to employee performance. ;Audio must not be collected in text mode; audio is only collected after the user selects audio input and completes notification/confirmation. ; Original content, transcriptions, derived metrics, capability maps, team reports, export files, rollback snapshots, and audit logs must have retention, deletion, anonymization, and minimal audit rules defined respectively. ; Managers view aggregated team learning diagnostics by default; individual-level report viewing must have authorization, purpose, approval, scope, time and audit records. ;Exported reports must desensitize or clearly mark sensitive content, and record the exporter, time, scope, approval ID, and usage restrictions.
Data retention
The original exercise content is retained for the retention_days set by the project, and is deleted or anonymized after expiration; derived analyzes and reports should remove references to identifiable learners after deleting the original content, unless the enterprise administrator deletes it in advance according to compliance requirements. Audit logs must be recorded for deletion and anonymization operations.
Human responsibility and rollback
What this product generates is communication training feedback, scenario scoring and team learning shortcomings. It is not a performance appraisal, recruitment, promotion, discipline or salary decision-making tool. AI scoring can be affected by input quality, accent, noise, sample size, job differences and scoring templates, and managers must combine human observation with business context interpretation.
Rollback only means withdrawing or restoring the rating reports, capability maps, team shortcoming reports and workflow approval status in this site; this product is not connected to external HR, CRM, LMS, SSO or other production systems, so it will not and cannot roll back external system data.
